Where we ship
Carolina Salinas Designs ships worldwide — to the United States, Colombia and the rest of Latin America, and most other countries. If your country is listed in the country selector at the top of the site, we ship there.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
- United States: typically 7–12 business days.
- International (including Colombia): typically 10–20 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and can vary during holidays or customs processing.
Shipping costs
- United States — Standard: $8.00, or free on orders of $70 or more.
- United States — Express: $15.00.
- South America: flat $9.99 USD.
- All other countries: calculated by carrier (DHL or FedEx) and shown at checkout before you pay.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility.
